What are the shipping charges?
On all orders till Rs.999 we have a flat shipping charge of Rs. 80. For orders from Rs.1000 to Rs.4999 we have flat shipping charge of Rs.120 and above Rs.4999 we are shipping free.This amount will automatically be added to your bill at checkout.

Which modes of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Net Banking, and Paytm.

Do you offer international shipping?

How long does it take for my order to get shipped?

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
All our orders are processed at our own warehouse in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Our aim is to have the product reach you within 10 business days; kindly refer to our Shipping Policy for further details.

How do I track my order?

As soon as you complete the purchase,you get a confirmation message on your phone number and also an email on you mail account.

When we ship your order - you will get a message on your mobile number and mail on your email with all the shipping details. It also contains the AWB no of the parcel & you can check the status on shipping companys website.

Can I return or exchange my product?
We allow the return or exchange of a product only in the circumstances of a manufacturing defect or damages in transit. Kindly refer to our Refund Policy for further details.
